Please note that our order system works on a first come first served basis and until an item is checked out AND paid for it can still be seen and bought by someone else.
SIZES - We clearly state the size of each item in age or shoe size etc. We have put measurements in for your convenience, Please check sizes to ensure fit BEFORE you buy.
BALLET SHOES SIZING - Please Remember that ballet shoes come up much smaller than normal shoe sizes - We recommend you buy at least one full size bigger than normal UK shoe size.
BALLET TUTU'S - Please order early to avoid disappointment - we sometimes run out of popular sizes and colours and re-stocking can take 3-4 weeks. This is especially important at christmas when we are extremely busy! And if you need a large order for a Show or performance. We cannot be responsible if you do not order early enough or the correct sizes!
If you are a Dance Teacher, School or Performance co-ordinator, please order well in advance to ensure we have the colours and sizes you require. We give 10% Discount on Ten or more Ballet Tutus on the same order + FREE UK Postage. Please contact us first for special Discount Code and to check Availability of stock. HOW TO ORDER - Simply select the item that you want and click on the Add to Cart button - please be careful to choose the correct size and colour - this takes you to Your Shopping cart page where you can either continue shopping or checkout.
It also tells you how much p&p is due on the items that you have bought so far, so you know exactly how much you will be paying. Postage and packing is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items that you have in your cart. You have to select delivery method to see correct shipping costs - either UK or Europe or World. UK p&p starts at £1.95 and Airmail to Europe starts at £2.95. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping location button - we are unable to send overseas if you have only paid for UK shipping!
When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout click on the Checkout button or Paypal Express Checkout button.
For Paypal express checkout you will be taken straight to paypals login page where you need to log in and pay for your items. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay as all your details are automatically sent to our system.
For Normal Checkout, You will need to fill in your Name and address details and click on a payment method button. Cheque, Paypal or Barclaycard.
HOW TO PAY - We accept payment by UK cheque, UK postal order in Pounds Sterling, by Paypal account or by credit/debit card via Paypal or Barclaycard.
For payment by cheque or postal order this will bring up a window with details of who to make cheques and postal orders payable to - Dancing-daisy, your order number which you need to send with your payment and where to send your payment to. After payment is made you need to click on return to website to complete your order. Payments made by uncrossed postal orders will be sent as soon as the payment is received. Payments made by cheque or crossed postal orders have to clear in our account before the order can be dispatched - this usually takes 3-5 working days. Paypal button will bring up Paypal's home page where you can either sign in and pay with your paypal account or pay securely with a debit or credit card. Barclaycard payment button brings up a secure page where you can fill in your credit/debit card details for instant payment. Payment by credit or debit card is the quickest payment method and most items are received in 1-3 days and often received next day. Orders placed and paid for by 2pm will be Dispatched the same day (weekdays), after 2pm will be sent next working day. With the exception of our Showtime! Range - see above. Whilst we make every effort to dispatch your order quickly, there will be the odd occassion when posting is delayed. For example due to Christmas, bank holidays, postal strikes etc and we will advise if there is to be any delay. Please allow 7 days for delivery (Royal mail are not always as quick as they should be!) and if after this time you havent received your order - please email to let us know.

7 DAY RETURNS Policy - Our returns policy is as follows and does not affect your statutory rights.
FAULTY ITEMS - In the unlikely event of you wanting to return an item because it is faulty, please re-use the pink packaging and Return to our sender address on your original address label WITHIN 7 DAYS. Please make sure you have filled in the return slip in full or enclose a note with your name, address, order number and details of the fault. Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded, but still need to be returned to receive refund.
EXCHANGE - Quickest and easiest way to exchange is to re-order the correct item/size so that we can send it to you straight away. Then return the original for refund. Items for size exchange must be returned within 7 days in unworn, clean re-saleable condition. Please follow return instructions as above. Postage is not refunded unless an item is faulty.
If you return an item that was part of a POST FREE order and the returned item takes your original order below our post free amount - your refund will be the item amount less any postage that then becomes payable because original order is less than £30. If you are exchanging an item, this will not be affected.
SHORTAGES - We MUST be notified of any shortages in your order within 3 days of receipt of your order - after this time we will not be responsible for any items missing.
POSTAGE & PACKING - UK P&P from £1.95 - FREE UK p&p for orders over £30. Europe from £2.95. p&p is automatically worked out by weight of each item ordered - at anytime during shopping you can see what your p&p will be by going to your shopping cart and choosing a delivery method and updating cart.
