Terms and Conditions SHOWTIME! RANGE - Stock for the Showtime! Range is held by our suppliers, so delivery will take longer - UK Approx 7-10 working days. We are sure you will agree that these beautiful Costumes and Outfits are worth waiting a little longer for! If you are ordering items from our Showtime! Range along with items from the rest of our website Please Note that the whole order will be sent together as soon as your Showtime! pieces are available for despatch. If you would like the rest of your order sent before this, please order on separate orders. Please give us as much notice as possible before your Show or Event to avoid disappointment. In the event that the item you order is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as we can and try to come up with an alternative. RETURNS - Please email us first if you have a problem with your item. Faulty items will be either exchanged or refunded on return of the item. Please make sure you order the correct size for your child - we provide approx measurements so that you can check the item will fit before you buy. If you still need to exchange for a different size, you will need to pay p&p again for us to send you a second one. Please email us first to make sure we have the size you require in stock still. All returns should be sent to the sender address on your package address label, with their original packaging and including a note with your name and address/phone no and order number. and the reason for return. Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If you return an item that was part of a POST FREE order and the returned item takes your original order below our post free amount - your refund will be the item amount less any postage that then becomes payable because original order is less than £30. If you are exchanging an item, this will not be affected. In the unlikely event of you wanting to return an item, please ensure that you contact us first by email. Thankyou. Shortages - We MUST be notified of any shortages in your order within 3 days of receipt of your order - after this time we will not be responsible for any items missing.
