Please note that our order system works on a first come first served basis and until an item is checked out and paid for it can still be seen and bought by someone else.
SIZES - We clearly state the size of each item in age or shoe size etc. We have put measurements in for your convenience. Please check sizes to ensure fit before you buy.
BALLET SHOES SIZING - Please remember that ballet shoes come up much smaller than normal shoe sizes - please check ballet shoes page for sizing help.
BALLET TUTU'S - Please order early to avoid disappointment - we sometimes run out of popular sizes and colours and re-stocking can take 3-4 weeks. This is especially important at Christmas when we are extremely busy.

NOTE - Reduced sale items are NOT eligible for extra teachers discount. If you want to add these items to your order, please either put them on a separate order. If they are on an order with Teachers/trade discount applied, we will adjust the total and send you an invoice for the balance to be paid before we will ship the order.
HOW TO ORDER - Simply select the item/size that you require and click on the Add to Cart button - please be careful to choose the correct size and colour - this takes you to Your Shopping cart page where you can either continue shopping or checkout.
It also tells you how much p&p is due on the items that you have bought so far, so you know exactly how much you will be paying. Postage and packing is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items that you have in your cart. You need to select your delivery method to see correct shipping costs - either UK or Europe or World. UK p&p starts at £2.50 and Airmail to Europe starts at £2.95. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping location button - we are unable to send overseas if you have only paid for UK shipping.
When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout click on the Checkout button or Paypal Express Checkout button.
For Paypal express checkout you will be taken straight to paypals login page where you need to log in and pay for your items. Please ensure your paypal address is correct as this is what is used to ship your order.
Click on checkout button to pay by Credit/Debit card or by cheque. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Please fill in all your details correctly and click on appropriate payment method.
HOW TO PAY - We accept payment by Credit/Debit card via Sagepay and Paypal.
Sagepay payment button brings up a secure page where you can fill in your credit/debit card details for instant payment.
Payment by credit or debit card is the quickest payment method and most items are received in 1-3 days and often received next day.
Orders placed and paid for by 1pm will be Dispatched the same day (weekdays), after 1pm will be sent next working day. With the exception of our Showtime! Range - see above.
Orders for Next Day delivery MUST be placed by 1pm weekdays to be received the next working day.
We send all orders 1st class, 2nd class or recorded delivery - If you need a quicker service please use Next Day delivery option. NOTE - Exchanges are sent by 2nd class post.
Whilst we make every effort to dispatch your order quickly, there will be the odd occasion when posting is delayed. For example due to Christmas, bank holidays, postal strikes/weather etc and we will advise if there is to be any delay.
Please allow 7 days for UK delivery (Royal mail are not always as quick as they should be!) and if after this time you haven't received your order - please email to let us know. For Europe please allow 10 days and for worldwide destinations please allow 21 working days.
We do not take responsibility for orders sent to Europe or Worldwide that are lost unless extra insured shipping has been paid - if you would like to upgrade your shipping please get in touch.

RETURNS Policy - Our returns policy is as follows and does not affect your statutory rights.
FAULTY ITEMS - In the unlikely event of you wanting to return an item because it is faulty, please re-use the pink packaging and return to our sender address on your original address label WITHIN 7 DAYS. Please make sure you have filled in the return slip in full or enclose a note with your name, address, order number and details of the fault. Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded, but still need to be returned to receive refund.
EXCHANGE - Quickest and easiest way to exchange is to re-order the correct item/size so that we can send it to you straight away. Then return the original for refund. Items for size exchange must be returned within 21 days in unworn, clean re-saleable condition. Please follow return instructions as above. Postage is not refunded unless an item is faulty.

If you return an item that was part of a POST FREE order and the returned item takes your original order below our post free amount - your refund will be the item amount less any postage that then becomes payable because original order is less than £40. If you are exchanging or re-ordering an item, this will not be affected.
SHORTAGES - Please notifiy us of any shortages in your order within 3 days of receipt - after this time we will not be responsible for any items missing.
POSTAGE & PACKING - UK p&p from £2.50 - FREE UK 2nd class only p&p for orders over £40. Europe from £2.95 p&p is automatically worked out by weight of each item ordered - at anytime during shopping you can see what your p&p will be by going to your shopping cart and choosing a delivery method and updating cart. Europe from £2.95 and World from £3.95. If you want more info, please email us. Please Note - We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in overseas post unless you have paid for International signed for service, Available separately. Please let us know if you require this insured service.
We aim to have your item delivered to you in the UK 1-3 Working days, but please be patient especially at busy posting times like Christmas.
NOTE - Intimate items such as Leotards can only be exchanged/returned if hygiene strip in gusset is still intact (cotton/lycra only) and tights can only be returned/exchange if still sealed in packet.
